Reiki Level 1 Classes at Air and Fire

Reiki is an energetic healing technique in which the practitioner channels pure source energy into the recipient to activate natural healing for physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.

Reiki Level 1classes will cover the history of Reiki, how to ground and shield, hands on healing positions for yourself and others, and other Japanese healing techniques used in Reiki practice. Includes Blue Fire Reiki Handbook, and attunement and certification upon completion.

Wednesdays, September 5, 12, 19 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm

Cost for Reiki Level 1 is $150 for the series.
