Above votive candles in glass are made with natural soy wax and natural fiber wicks when the moon is full, blessed and charged with almond essentail oil.

Above Candles are crafted under a full moon. They are soy wax, cotton wicks and essential oil with a 15-20 hour burn time. Light to bring in divine Inspiration and facilitate connection with your sacred dove, amakua, holy guardian angel, or higher self. It helps to bring in clarity opening us up to look at things from the bigger picture and see a higher perspective rather from within our own familiar shoes with its limitations and attachments. This work seeks to move beyond ones attachments that carry patterns blocking or hindering from our full potential.
When one is in good connection with their own higher self (which is a continual process) it can also be a useful link to expand connection from ones “higher self to another’s higher self to help resolve issues grounded in misunderstanding, fear or dissolution.
No candle will do all this work for you but it is set with the intentions to help get the work rolling and you to rise up.
In ritual space this candle is used to honor the Guardian of Above, the sun, moon and starry realm. The Below Candle is the balancing factor and together with the other 5 sacred directions and Guardians (Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Spirit) linked to the elements they work together creating a sacred sphere. We make candles for each of these to be used individually or as a complete set of 7.
The Above Candle represents the position of Above when working with the 7 directions or the Guardians of the Feri Tradition. In some lines this Guardian is called Heaven Shiner.
It draws upon the celestial energies of the sun, moon and stars. It is also used to align with one's Higher self, Godself, Amakua or Sacred Dove. The Above candle can also be used to bring in clarity, higher understanding, insights from beyond the earthly plane or the big picture of life and the evolution of the spirit, insights, Ancestral, web of life or spirit workings.
