Zeus is the Greek God of the sky and controls the weather. He is the youngest child of Kronos and Rhea. His wife is Hera and he is the father of many including Ares and the twins Apollo and Artemis. He is the Supreme Ruler of Mount Olympus and the Gods that reside there. In this statue he holds a staff topped with an Eagle and with the other hand he holds Nike the Goddess of Victory.
